Non-News of the Day: Michael Jackson’s doctor gave him propofol/Diprivan before he died

Duh.

If Michael Jackson needed a doctor to give him Diprivan and watch him sleep, as he allegedly did, then of course his live-in doctor had to have administered the dose that likely killed the King of Pop...assuming that was the cause or the cherry at the top.

I suppose it's "official" now, but in my mind there's never been any doubt that the doc was implicated.

I said he was toast, and toast he is.

Several news sources are reporting today that a law enforcement official involved in the investigation said that Dr. Conrad Murray gave Michael the powerful anesthetic that authorities believe killed him.

The King of Propofol allegedly used the drug, intended for use only in hospitals during surgery to anesthetize patients, as a sleep aid.

Murray (left) was with Michael when he died on June 25 after going into cardiac arrest. Autopsy results were listed as "deferred" awaiting results of toxicology tests (due anytime now).

The Houston cardiologist, who got paid $150,000 a month--a month!--to be at Michael's beck and call, is the subject of a manslaughter investigation.

...which means he'll spend every last penny he made at that job--and then some--in lawyer fees, since he only worked for Michael a couple of months.

With their actions, Michael and Murray exemplify the idea of vanity and greed costing way too much in the end...if you ask me.
